Annual membership dues are now open for payment! During the month of May, each $15 RPAC investment made with your dues payment will count as SIX entries for a smart TV, $1,000, and the GMC Terrain! This same investment made with your dues payment in June will count as TWO entries for $1,000 and the GMC Terrain. In July, each $15 RPAC investment made with your dues payment will count as ONE entry for the GMC Terrain. Make the most of your investment by paying early!

RPAC is optional and not required as part of your annual dues. When you log in and view your balance, you can edit/remove the RPAC amount as you please.

The Salt Lake Board of Realtors® Charity Committee started the American Dream Grant in 2019, because homeownership matters! These American Dream Grants ($7,500 each) help first-time homebuyers with their down payments. The Salt Lake Board is proud to help members of our community achieve the dream of homeownership.
CURRENT GRANT: All First-Time Homebuyers (3). Applications are due by noon on May 14, 2024. The drawing will take place the next day and Realtors® will be contacted by the Board by the end of that day, regarding whether or not their client is a recipient.

The priciest homes in Utah are found in Summit County, according to a new report by SmartAsset. With a median home value of more than $1.1 million, Summit County outshines all other counties in Utah. Wasatch County comes in a close second with a median home value of $808,142, while Morgan County follows with the third highest median home price of $629,066. In comparison, Salt Lake County secures the fifth position in highest median home prices in Utah.
